DIY Shabby Chic Brunch Party

This past weekend we celebrated our daughter Kayla’s 13th birthday. Can I just say I don’t know where the time went, She has become a wonderful smart young lady and we couldn’t be happier with who she has become. I am one proud momma and to welcome her into her teenage years we threw her a fun filled shabby chic brunch. We made all her favorite dishes and decorated with her favorite color mint and added gold and white accents. It was a great day surrounded by family and a few of her besties from school. It was a blessing to see her so happy and glowing, that means my job was done! I worked hard and Diy almost everything myself months before. Here are a few of the details including my DIY projects and a few family photos. enjoy!

We went with a Shabby Chic brunch complete with hot cocoa station and it wouldn’t be Shabby Chic without and amazing naked cake!

When I found my passion for Design it started the day i was hired to Decorate a baby nursery, She liked my style and wanted me to put my little touches into her baby’s room, from that day I saw my vision for children decor. I love to create, specially for children. I love the innocence, the simplicity, and the joy of creating something that will be part of that child’s memory forever. I know my daughter will remember this party forever. ( I heard her telling all her friends ,” My mom made that, and that, and that”) Melts my heart to see my daughter so proud of me.

To create something exceptional, your mindset must be relentlessly focused on the smallest details.

XOXO
