“The cure for boredom is curiosity. There is no cure for curiosity”
Hi loves happy Monday! back to the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I personally had a great weekend, me and my little family made an unplanned trip up the country. I love to travel, i need to travel at least twice a year. (seriously) We do a family road trip every year to a different place. its a family tradition that I started 12 yrs ago. This year we aren’t really doing a road trip, we are actually flying to Florida for our family Disney trip! kids are so excited, 13 more days! woohoo
I felt i was skipping out on road tripping so decided to book a last minute trip to Bear Mountain. ( actually found the deal through Groupon) So up North we headed for some fresh air. The view was beyond what i expected, beautiful serene mountain views. This is what we woke up to
Bear Mountain is a natural park with many hike trails, a pool, museum and rescue zoo. We skipped the pool and made our short trip educational. the kids loved it and asked such great questions.( its my favorite part of road trips) the info in the museum was amazing we learned all about the revolutionary war, and looked at some rescue animals. it was great!
We also headed out to FishKill farms to do some blueberry picking
Last stop was the Skywalk over the Hudson
Thank you Bear Mountain, FishKill farms and The Skywalk over the Hudson for allowing the Ramirez family to be a part of all your beauty
